Graphic Design Needs

• We have various website and layout design needs, including brochures, business cards, flyers, and social media graphics

• All clients have clear brand guidelines with logos, colors, and fonts. Our designers create print materials in Adobe InDesign, delivering PDF files

Client Communication and Content Delivery

• We handle all client communication

• All content (fonts, photos, logos, etc.) delivered via email with Dropbox links

• We always send final versions of the copy, as opposed to saying, “Can you wordsmith this a little better?”

Freelancer Logistics

• Freelancers track hours and invoice monthly

• Invoices paid by the 5th or 20th, in PDF format with project/client name
