This year is crazy. Despite a global pandemic, we’ve kept our foot on the gas. I believe we’re busier than ever because we offer incredible value and potential clients can feel our passion for wanting to improve their business. Let’s be honest, we also got really lucky that our niche clientele just happened to be considered “essential” during this bizarre lockdown.
I’ve also noticed a difference in the attitudes of people that are reaching out to work with us. The housing market is on fire, so why are they looking for help with marketing? They know everything that goes up, must come down, and when it does they want to remain on top. YES! this is OUR perfect client! The type that are driven, hungry and just a bit competitive in wanting to stand out from the rest.

No. 1 - Marsha Kotlyar Estate Group
There couldn’t be a more exciting time to work with one of Montecito’s top producing real estate agents. We love Marsha Kotlyar Groups’ tenacious attitude and driven dedication to making their client’s dreams come true. We dove right in, supporting the marketing for their newest listings with copywriting and photos. Parallel to this, we are fine-tuning and elevating their branding, including voice and assets. A unique print project will start soon that we look forward to sharing before the end of the year.
No. 2 - Matt Shaw Concrete
Matt Shaw Concrete Inc. is a premier concrete contractor that services the Tri-County Area of California. They value every client and have a straightforward in our approach to work—Get the job done, and done exceptionally well. We are getting their fleet of vehicles and equipment decals, and building them a new website. We also visitied Hollister Ranch to capture photos of this stunning concrete project they recently wrapped.
No. 3 - Alan & Ann Home Staging
Alan and Ann Homes is a trusted home staging company that services Santa Barbara and Montecito. Their local and extensive warehouse allows them to stage up to 30 houses at a time, while attentively catering designs to each home. We are excited to manage their rebranding and new website and plan to wrap this project by November. Stay tuned for the big reveal!
MEET HEATHER, OUR NEWEST MARKETING ACCOUNT MANAGER
Heather Borden, Marketing Account Manager
Yes, we’re growing but never at a rate that would jeopardize the quality of our work. We’ve invested time in developing our standards and training. We’ve found the sweet spot in between hard-to-beat value for our clients, without overwhelming our team’s workload. It’s been amazing to have Heather join the team. With our direct oversight, she is already managing her own clients, and is ramping up quickly. Here’s some fun facts about Heather.
Born in raised in Kenya and Tanzania and a recent graduate at Westmont College, majoring in Political Science. Heather’s strengths are her love for people, her critical eye for detail, and her (to a fault) honesty and integrity.
What I'm most excited about with this new role is…Building relationships with clients and empowering them to meet their specific goals for their companies!
